Lodging options in Potrero Chico are numerous, whether you want to rent a house, a room, or stay at a campground, there is an option well suited to your needs.

Accommodations and Camping

El Cubil – One of favorite spots to stay. El Cubil offers private rooms and casitas with a community kitchen and hot showers. It is one of the closest accommodations to the Front Side Wall and Buzz Rock. El Cubil’s lodging is clean, quiet rooms and boasts breathtaking views of the mountain from the shared courtyard. *Excellent Starlink wi-fi.

Rancho Sendero –  Offering a campground, private rooms, and a hostel all with a  communal kitchen, fire pit, houses, private showers, hot tub, and Wi-Fi.

Quinta La Posada – The most popular campground, and also the most expensive. Posada offers the nicest amenities and has a shower house, wi-fi, communal kitchen, and an excellent on site restaurant, They also have rooms available for rent. Reservations are require Dec 15-Jan 15. During peak season it can become very crowded here, one might look at other options for peace and quiet.

Quinta La Pagoda -Another excellent option for camping, and the closest campground to the entrance of the park. La Pagoda is generally less crowded than La Posada with similar amenities, including a larger communal kitchen, barbecue charcoal grills,

Homero’s – The original! Homero’s was the first climber’s campground in Potrero and has been operating since 1987. They offer camping, a private house with four bedrooms, and cabin that sleeps three. Ammenities include, a communal kitchen,  a small bouldering wall, showers, wi-fi, and home cooked meals from the on site restaurant. Homero’s tends to offer less amenities than some of the other campgrounds, but is less crowded and cheaper.

Casitas:

“The Chalet” Ariel’s Cabin  This is as close as it gets! The Chalet is the only rental cabin inside the park itself, and offers a short walk to climbing at the Outrage and Mota walls.
